Topic 2: I can't log in to Armatus.

- Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements and that you are entering your login and password correctly.
- If you have not received your login and password or if you have forgotten your login and/or password, please contact your supervisor or the Armatus Administrator at your organization.
- If you keep getting 'Invalid login' message, it is likely that your account has not been set up. Please contact your supervisor or the Armatus Administrator at your organization.
- Do not Bookmark/Add to Favorites the login page and your Armatus home page. Otherwise, you may end up having to login twice each time or not being able to login at all.

Topic 3: How can I log in using AOL?

Start AOL as you normally do. Once you are connected to AOL, minimize the AOL window. Do Not Exit AOL. With AOL minimized, launch Internet Explorer from your desktop to access www.praesidiuminc.com and begin Armatus.

Topic 4: Why don't I have sound?

Check if the volume setting for your sound devices is disabled or set too low. Use the following steps to adjust volumes to their correct levels:

For Microsoft Windows -
Step One:
In Windows XP, click Start, and then click Control Panel.
In Windows 98 and ME, click Start, click Settings, and then click Control Panel.

Step Two:
In Windows XP, open Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices, and then click Sound and Audio Devices.
In Windows 98 and ME, open Sounds and Multimedia, and then click the Audio tab.

Step Three:
In Windows XP, click the Advanced button under Device Volume.
In Windows 98 and Me, click the Volume button under Sound Playback.

Step Four:
Remove all checkmarks from Mute boxes at the bottom of the Master Volume window and adjust the volume setting slide bars to their highest positions. Close the Master Volume window and test for sound.

For Mac OSs -
Step One:
Open System Preferences and click Sound to display its preferences.

Step Two:
To adjust the overall volume of your Mac (this affects all sound sources), move the "Output volume" slider right to crank it up.

If after adjusting your volume settings you still do not have sound, make sure your sound card is properly installed.
