Managing Internal Investigations

This seminar provides your administrative staff with the essential skills and knowledge they need to conduct an internal investigation in response to reports of suspicious or inappropriate interactions or an allegation of abuse. Participants learn what information to collect and how to collect it. They learn interviewing and recording methods that ensure the integrity of their investigation and how to protect the rights of the alleged victim, the accused and your organization. Participants also learn how to work with the families involved, protective services, police authorities, insurance carriers and attorneys.
