Multi-media presentations: Our dynamic, experienced trainers bring the seminar content to life by using a variety of training methods including video, PowerPoint, lectures, group activities, role plays and case simulations. We use real case examples to illustrate key points.

Written materials: Workshop participants receive comprehensive written materials to accompany each workshop. The written materials provide a permanent record of the covered content and serve as a resource for the participants to use over and over again.

Certificates of Completion and Continuing Education Units (CEUs): Participants receive an attractive Certificate of Completion at the end of the seminar as proof of their participation. Praesidium, Inc. is a certified provider of continuing education and CEU's meet standards for several professional licenses.

Train the Trainers: All of our workshops can be delivered using a train the trainers model. This model permits you to repeat the training for additional staff at no extra cost.
