Introduction & Welcome/ Policies
Within this module, you will learn how to:
- Define the bandwidth of acceptable behaviors
 - Identify features of effective policies
 - Communicate why effective policies are important
 
Screening & Selection/ Training
Within this module, you will learn how to:
- Identify red flag behaviors through the screening process
 - Create and ask behavioral questions to determine patterns of behavior (determine patterns of behavior through behavioral interview questions)
 - Define the levels of access to the consumer
 - Implement best practices for background checks
 - Identify who needs to be trained (at your organization)
 - Differentiate content for each group
 - Create a plan for the frequency of training for each group
 
Monitoring & Supervision/ Internal Feedback Systems
Within this module, you will learn how to:
- Demonstrate supervisor roles and responsibilities
 - Identify high-risk areas and indicators (including consumers)
 - Create a monitoring plan (facilities, consumers, activities)
 - Collect and analyze data to identify risks (Identify risks through the collection of data)
 - Communicate changes based on feedback to consumers/staff
 - Identify and overcome barriers to a climate for reporting
 
Consumer Participation/ Responding
Within this module, you will learn how to:
- Discuss resources for consumer education
 - Develop a plan for consumer participation in your organization
 - Recognize and interrupt red flag behavior
 - Use the continuum to respond to situations
 
Responding (continued)/ Administrative Practices/ Change Management
Within this module, you will learn how to:
- Respond appropriately to the disclosure of abuse
 - Utilize your Board in abuse prevention efforts
 - Maintain consistent standard procedures across the organization
 - Establish expectations for working with third parties
